APW = ANPEC Electronics in Taiwan

    ANPEC Electronics

Found a better pic of this part which is used by other vendors:

Post more pix of your logic board - the boardview does not match the 1st pic. Have the same in my database and it is the same as post # 2.

So the part # is indeed APW8502C and is by ANPEC. This part is used on some recent DDR5 highend modules. Very new to the market.

My suggestion is for you to reach out to vendors on Aliexpress that support the ANPEC brand of PMICs and request this part APW8502C. PS: This part is not labelled correctly as a QFN28 package.

The above shared PIC from a DDR5 module matches the pic shared in your first post.

Suggest to contact this vendor whom we have used in the past - if you search for 'APW' in the Aliexpress seach bar, you will find other ANPEC parts and suppliers. Sort by the # of orders and contact anyone you feel comfortable with. Do update this thread but you should be able to source a replacement PMIC from ANPEC.
