    MacBook Pro A2141 2019 16'' - 820-02037-06 - schematic & boardview

    Hey guys.

I received a MacBook A2141 with a board-number, that hasn't even been mentioned in this forum: 820-02037-06. Does anybody have a schematic and a boardview for this model?

The device is crashing when idle or performing low-power tasks like browsing etc., so I'd like to check whether a cpu-mosfet swap would help, but I do not know the exact type of mosfet used.

    Thanks in advance!

I have the same model no info available - motherboard should be similar to other A2141 like 01700.

I just received one today and it seems different from other A2141 models I've previously worked on. Anyone with boardview and schematics should please help.

        Hey Guys,

I am a bit confused right now. All 820-02037 logic boards have a Radeon Pro 5600M, right? Out there it seems that there are on one side the 820-02037-A boards and on the other the 820-02037-06 boards.
If you have such an MacBook, could you maybe send me your configuration (CPU, RAM and Memory). I am not sure which board I could choose for repair.

        thanks for your help
        and with best Regards

A2141 comes either with 820-01700 or 820-02037 board, first one has GDDR6 VRAM and second one has HBM2 VRAM, so they need a very different layout in the GPU area. The heatsink is most likely different as well.
The revision suffix shouldn't matter, or at least no noticeable differences have been seen on other boards.

Thank you very much for your answer.

I would like know the difference between 820-02037-A and 820-02037-06 logic boards. Does anyone know difference? Are out there also other 820-02037 boards?

            thanks for your help and
