Hello guys

Got this board with a burned mosfet and some signs of oxidation.
Could be worth repairing

Someone has schematic/ boardview that could share?

What IC is the T44B ? I think this ic is algo damaged (connected to the gate of the blown mosfet).

It's GMT G5619 chip. Specifically designed for DDR voltage generation. If the PWM Mosfet of RAM power rail is short, there is a great chance for either the RAM module or the CPU (RAM supply goes directly to the CPU also) became defective. Measure the memory power rail resistance (output of the coil) in reference to GND and make sure that it's not short, before attempting to replace the components.

I have 48 ohms to ground on the DDR output.

I think its worth it replacing that IC an the blown mosfet
