Do you have a backup, it should be on a seperate chip to the bios.It will be around 64KB to 1MB i think.

Yes,
the chip usually is a 25Q80EWSIG or 25Q40 , beware that there is two type of these chip one works at 1.8v and another at 2.7 volt

I can't find a tool (there's Mobile Pascal TDP Tweaker) but it shows not the info
as vram and a integrity check

I The problem is too bright colors, with external monitor the problem is the same but The system works well even with very demanding games
