first boot press f10, reset settings to factory defaults, second boot reset security settings to defaults.

Anyone had an issue with 1030 G3 where cleaning ME region makes it not turn on anymore? Just blinks caps lock 8 times. Works fine with original ME (just with a ME not committed error).
Many devices with same issue.

nope, disabled on last 3 devices. But that setting shouldn't prevent them from turning on.

There's an issue pre-POST.

After trying to turn on with clean ME and reading it out again, nothing has changed in bios. ME doesn't get initialized. Nothing is happening.

Edit:
Got other devices fixed, simple commit issues, no need for a clean ME.
But this one has faulty ME. Same issue - cleaning ME makes it no power, 8 blinks on caps lock.

The problem with the computer is this: As soon as you start it up, the fans spin slowly and then stop, indicating that it wants to display something, but a few seconds later, the Caps Lock and Wi-Fi indicator start flashing, and the fans start spinning rapidly.
