Inspiron 15 5567 bios

hi there , Inspiron 15 5567 laptop keeps rebooting with loud fan and dark screen , bios is bad , service tag GS7ZW32
i tried one dump file on this website an d workd but with errors , i think have to edit the orginal one , anyone can help me fix the original dunp file pls

If it keeps doing that, change the bios chip just in case.

have already changed the chip, the same , that is wierred after flash the chip the laptop works fine just one boot, as soon as i shut down the laptop it dies, disconnect the battery the fan spins for 10 second the off 3 times with no display then dies again , i have to disconnect and reconnect the battery again to get the fan spin again , to boot the system i have to flash the chip again, tried an other chip but still the same, have you ever come cross this issue before?

I've had cases like this, but always solved by changing bios chip, this one is new for me. I suppose something is making the bios chip to go into write mode, you should inspect that possibility according to schematics and boardview if they are available.
