Intro:
While troubleshooting a Mac Pro(6,1) referenced above I discovered the +5v secondary supply did not stand up on the D500-B graphics card as a result of a missing enable signal. The +3.3v secondary rail was the only rail that did standup. I tried to perform...12-07-2023, 09:55 PM -
Hello,
I'm asking this for a friend, he has a backup battery, a quite large unit, that does not
work as intended. Even the service techican was not able to solve all problems so far.
My friend tried to log the SPI bus, but there is a lot of communication going on.
Without any meaningful description on the Ic's internal registers he's quite lost.
The datasheet that's avalible for download form Analog Devices is only 2 pages and contains
nothing more than a block diagram and a coarse description of the operation.
