Dell Latitude 5420 Bios Password 8FC8

Hello,
I have a Dell Latitude 5420 stuck on the Dell Security Manager message on startup, I can't do anything.
Here is my BIOS and what I assume is ME (32MB for BIOS and 1MB for ME).
If someone could remove my BIOS password for me so I can reflash it afterwards.
It's an 8FC8.

The laptop does not turn on if I use this BIOS file.
But when I use the original BIOS, it won't turn on.

Verify that the chip has been flashed, either with unlocked or locked bin. Your backup should ALWAYS work. Do not rely on a clip adapter, have chip desoldered and clean, re-tin pads on motherboard. Also clean middle pad on chip, excessive solder might not let the other pads make a good contact.
