I have a ch341 programmer but I don't want to program the memory.

.i will share my dump can any one built it waiting from almost 15days

I am very new to this space. I have read some forums and I think I know what to do next. Can you please confirm if what I am saying is correct.
I am also facing the same issue where after updating the bios, my laptop is not starting and its the same model as the one in the question. theres nothing on the screen and the caps lock key is on and the fans are on. I am pretty sure its a bios issue. So what I need to do is
1) download the Flex 5-14ITL05.rar file and extract it.
2) Then open asprogrammer and open the 32MB .bin file and then flash the chip using ch341 right?
can you please confirm if what I said is correct. Also if theres a similar solution where the steps are explained in detail, could you point me towards that forum post.

I have been really worried about my laptop as I just bought it around a year ago and just a few months after the warranty is over, I am facing this problem. IT WOULD BE A HUGE HELP IF YOU GUYS CAN HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I NEED TO DO.

Usung the programmer , read your bios chip for create a backup file , post this backup and serial number of device. We will repair your backup.

is it on the w25q256 or is it on the npce388 chip?.
I have had a repair come in and I do not have a programmer for the
npce388 chip yet. before I start on it, will it be a waste of time
without the programmer for the npce388.

It is a problem.

I don have ec dump,i need new ec dump
Old ec is hot on mb and not work
Must to be replaced with programmed new one.
