                                                                  dell 5491 service tag is 2WF1503 it was blank screen, after updating bios now TPM and Hard drive are not ditected please help me

                                                                              Need a bios bin to manually flash for Dell Inspiron 5491 2n1. It wont recover with the dell bios recovery. Current bios version is 1.5.0. I tried the 1.6 version and wont take it. ST is 5BYKJW2
