Need a bios bin to manually flash for Dell Inspiron 5491 2n1. It wont recover with the dell bios recovery. Current bios version is 1.5.0. I tried the 1.6 version and wont take it. ST is 5BYKJW2Leave a comment:

I have a HP 24 All in One r014
MOBO DA0N73MB6D0 Rev D Model N73
When I plug in ac adapter i get the power light but when i press power nothing. No fan spin or lights.
I get what looks like all the power rails but im not seeing the 1.2V Ram voltage.
I tried to reprogram the bios chip and same thing.
Any suggestions on what it could be?

Need Help troubleshooting Lenovo Yoga 2 11 Power issue
I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 11 20428 laptop with a Motherboard with the following markings AIUU3 NM-A341 Rev 1.0 Vendor Palwonn. Im trying to for the sake of educating myself troubleshoot this board. When i connect power, the power button light comes on immediately i get no display. I checked for voltages on the motherboard and marked some of the voltages i get on the attached image. Im not sure if related but im not getting 5V out by the 2820 chip that is for the USB 3.0 port. Any help would be great....Last edited by daniel5455; 03-20-2018, 03:05 PM. -

im sorry i messed up. I attached a pic with the voltage readings. You will see powersupply that outputs 8V. i dont get 20v anywhere else on the motherboard. only 8v 5v 3v and 1.5v. My question is, is this normal to have 8V for the rest of the board? I dont know what else to check to see why its not booting up....Leave a comment:

I have a Lenovo Yoga 2 11 When i connect ac adapter i see the white light on solid and Orange light blinking. No display. If i press power button no change. I checked the 19-20V Power rail and at the output of 2nd mosfet i get 8V. Is this normal? I check all over the board and see the 1.5v, 3V and 5V rails but what i would think would be the 19V rail i get 7 to 8V. I attached a pic of the motherboard.... -

Troubleshooting a no display on Dell Desktop Mobo
I am doing this for learning purposes only. I have a Dell 3000 3847 Intel Motherboard 88DT1 MIH81R/Great Bear 13040-1M. The system will power up, fans spin power led comes on and no display. CPU and GPU get hot.
I have no schematics and here is what i found so far.
I get 5V on pin 9 and 16 on ATX connector, I have 3 Volts at the power switch. I see 1 v on the North Bridge Caps, i see 3V on the Bios pin 8. I also have 1.5 volts on the DDR3 slot. I also checked voltage around the board and see voltages. I removed the bios chip and reflashed it. Before i removed the... -

You can run the exe on another pc and when the error pops up stating not a dell computer browse to %temp% and you should see the Dell Bios folder inside that you will see the Bin file.Leave a comment:
