Dell Inspiron 5491 2-in-1 BIOS

Need a bios bin to manually flash for Dell Inspiron 5491 2n1. It wont recover with the dell bios recovery. Current bios version is 1.5.0. I tried the 1.6 version and wont take it. ST is 5BYKJW2

The problem is when the laptop is turned on, the BIOS recovery appears. I have tried all three options, but the result is that the BIOS recovery display still appears.
Do I have to flash the BIOS?

check your soldering and try again, wait at least 10 minutes

1 - make sure the charger is plugged in and the battery is above 20%
2 - Do not insert the SSD or delete all data before loading the bios
