Hi please help,

I have a Lenovo 14W Type 81MQ-S09C00.
I wanted to change the bios for a password and since then it turns on a black screen.
I put the original bios if someone can help me

You need backup your original bios again. your posted file not good . Maybe it was corrupt or your programmer have problem.

I'm using the CH341A, I don't have another original bios backup.
Is there any other way to fix the motherboard?

Use NeoProgrammer or ASProgrammer software. Are you using a clip ?

Remove your bios chip from mainboard.Ch341a used with clip is very prone to errors when reading/writing.

I removed the chip and reprogrammed with your file.
the computer finally turns on.

Hi everybody, I'm also stuck with a laptop featuring this motherboard. It is fully locked, bios and OS side. I guess my only choice is to reset the bios on the chip directly, but I just can't locate it on the motherboard ? Nothing is labelled CMOS/BIOS or anything like that. Does anybody, by chance, know where this chip is hiding ?

• Read BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools
• Try the method at BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools before requesting help
• Explain you were not able to succeed with the methods at BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools
• Use search function in case someone already answered your request
• Post under a related thread if it exists
• Provide the full machine model number, serial number (or Service tag, SNID) and the board model number (see https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=88758 )
• Name your thread with model numbers and request
• Provide a BIOS/EC dump if possible
• Attach files directly to your post instead of linking to external websites
• Post what the problem is, be specific - black screen, no boot, running slow, password.
  Do NOT post "clean me", "clear bios", "clean bios", "bios need" or other such terms

and if you find the bios chip, you need an SPI programmer to read and write the content..here is a video for information..

I can confirm hoaca388's binary works like a charm. For those wondering which chip is the bios, it is near the battery (the big one) and is labelled XMC. You can read/write it with ASprogrammer easily, I didn't had to desolder it, the clip worked perfectly.

I flash it today (XMC XM25QU64AHIG QU64AHIG 1.8V 64M-BIT) with this programmer : CH341A with neoprogrammer with a clip
