I have already moved the DMI. Is the file in Post #8 is your Original BIOS, and this Serial Number is written on your Laptop Cover "NHQD9CN0021281AC483400"?

My problem is Serial Number etc. is empty.
previously this laptop no POST because failed bios update. a few moments later the laptop died because EC short.
Replace EC flashed from seller and flash bios from official acer, copy DMI & win key. The result is Serial Number etc. in bios is empty.
I also tried flashing some bios from this forum and some bios from my own backup, but no results.

I have taken my laptop to a service center in my local area, but it has been almost a month and they said they have not found a local BIOS file. So I will give this BIOS file to them. Thank you!!

working great now. had to figure out how to clean the ME

i've replaced the pch and it powers up but the nvme isn't recognized plus the fans ramp and the die on the pch gets very hot and it cuts off

post the S/N, the motherboard model, etc.
