It is not Windbond, in my case it is Macronix.
I checked your bin file and I found a serial number which leads to an IPhone 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue A2407

If you do a full nand read, try to backup winbond chip also as a pair, it migh hold some keys to open data on ssd.

I have also installed both NANDs to a known working iPhone X so I can read the data with Purple Mode. When NAND is installed, the phone goes in recovery mode and purple mode fails to connect. When I try to restore software with iTunes it gives error 4014 because underlaying data is not correct.

So no luck in reading the SN from M1 Mac NAND with this method.

I will try to read data from my personal mac and write it to this locked mac and test

I have read the data with HxD software and tried decoding with all available options, but none decode to anything that makes sense.

I believe it's encrypted and I don't know how to decrypt.

    A 3.3v to 1.8v adapter is only $5.
Bear in mind that you’re repairing a MacBook worth $500-$2000. A $20 investment is worth it to have the correct tools.

oh, really? i see in this picture, you are using "DIP8-SOP8 0.65mm". does it fit for "uson8 4*3 "???
and why you add capacitor to transistor and jump to 8 pin adapter? ( I think it convert 3v3 vol to 1.8V to use with t2 chip )
sorry for dumb question, i am a newbie D

You need a board from AliExpress called "serial number modification tool T2 chip unlocking BIOS reading adapter board" as posted by betonel.
This has USON8 and other types of useful pinouts.
over 20$ in my country very expensive, what do you think when I use copper jump wire to connect T2 Rom chip in Adapter "DIP8 to SOP8"
