Lenovo T460s Black Screen - Works with Patched File

Hi,

I have a Lenovo T460s here which is stuck at a black screen on boot.

It works if I use a patched BIOS file for SVP removal.

Please could someone take a look at the file for me?

I think I've fixed it - extracted the original DXE drivers and manually patched them back into the SVP removal file, while leaving the patched NVRAM_EfiSystemNvDataFvGuid in place. It boots now
