What's problem with BIOS?

The laptop won't power on immediately after attaching the power supply or connecting the battery. Also it won't charge. Everything will work only after roughly 5 minutes after I attached the power supply. Should I merge the two dump in one or it's okay like how I've attached it? In case you need a single file can you tell me how to merge and split the two images?

I already tried to flash that image, but is for non v-pro machine.

Then I flashed the two images from post #8. Once programmed and resoldered back the chips upon attaching the psu to the board nothing happened, no blink. I tried to press to power on and after few press it started powering up but I didn't have the screen attached to the board. So i detached the psu, attached the display cable to the board and after attaching the psu back I tried to press the button. This time nothing happened, neither after few presses or after waiting some minutes.

Should I try to flash again? Thanks
