It worked. It started with manufacturing mode and let me type in service tag and all working fine now. Thankyou very much.

Unfortunately now it doesn't start anymore,it doesn't charge!
On spi nor flash writes 25b256 but the programmer rt809h saw it
on autodetect as 25q256!the save file in two files! one in bin file,32,768kb and second one in bin_statusregval.file 1kb.
Iwrite original file but still does not start!
How can i revive now this dell laptop?

1st boot press F2, write Service Tag, disable Absolute, save, restart, 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit factory mode.

i screwed up,the laptop does not turn on, the orange indicator flashes on the native firmware too, maybe someone has a similar laptop, and is it possible to throw off a photo of the motherboard?

Thank you, it worked, can you teach me what you did? I compared the locked and unlocked and the only difference I saw is that on Offset F3240, F3320 and F4F30 you replaced AA for 00, but I'm not sure if that's all you did.
