Laptop starts but shows solid color(green, red, blue..) Figure it would be a bios problem.

dell inspiron 15 5502 stuck on manufacturing mode
hello friends i have 2 dell laptops 15 5502 with admin password . i unlocked the first one but for the second one i lost the original bios file so i used the file from the first one (after cleaning the me) the laptop start normally in manufacturing mode so i press fn key + f or x and enter the service TAG
and when i reboot everything is gone the laptop return to the manufacturing mode with an empty service tag field. i tested so many bioss and versions with no luck . if someone had same problem or a solution . thank youComment

I am writing to seek assistance regarding a problem I encountered while attempting to install the AMD Radeon 520 graphics drivers on my Dell Inspiron 15 3576 laptop running Windows 10.
Upon installing the graphics drivers, my system freezes, and I am left with a black screen. Unfortunately, this issue has prevented me from utilizing the full capabilities of my AMD Radeon 520 graphics card.

I need to be able to enable the Thunderbolt security settings. The base thunderbolt settings are there, but the security settings aren't. (display port only, dock settings, etc.)
I can see the settings I need in Dell Command (DCC/GTTK), but it can't write bios settings since it's not a business line laptop.
I attached the official firmware. I can extract it with Dell PFS Extract, but I don't get what to do next. If someone could mod or help me mod this I would appreciate the help.... -
looking for a fully extracted (by programmer) Bios for a Dell Inspiron 17 (7786) v.1.09 or newer, so I can compare it with my own bios to check for corruption.
