Your BIOS Region is Identical to the one which is provided by Dell, I think it's not the Original BIOS or someone already tried to repair it. So all I can do is to Clean the ME Region.

Try this and reply

Had issue "Laptop starts but shows solid color(green, red, blue..)" look for 3 White, And 3 Amber led blink usually Corrupted bios.

Just flashed with XM25QH128 (16.bin) and didn't touch the XM25QH64A. update to latest version from windows 10.....Worked fine.

Had trouble saving Service Tag issue when flashing both Chips....

Turns on without display, tried some dumps from the thread but either the Service Tag can't be saved, the keyboard stops working or won't detect SSD.
Requesting a bios repair.

Download the update from dell support.Extract the exe using Dell PFS EXtract ,you`ll find it posted on the forum, use the search function.
Flash the 16MB file to the 16MB chip.

After pressing the power button, the current increases to 750mA and nothing else happens, the screen is black.
I tried to restore the bios by rebuilding my dump, with the bios from the site.
With a 16 MB flash drive, I think I did it out (it is necessary to replace the block from C0000h to D0000h with a size of 10000h from the native bios in file 1 -- 1 System BIOS with BiosGuard v1.18.0.bin).
But I don't know how to assemble an 8mb file from the files in the photo. Help please.

this laptop i received with tampered bios , use the attached bios but tpm error is there, although this board is without tpm chip , can someone pls remove tpm error
