Laptop starts but shows solid color(green, red, blue..) Figure it would be a bios problem.

The bios is corrupt.What programmer and software version are you using . Post your service tag

I use RT809H,work every time.

I copied both cips again directly on the sop8 socket, yes u2503 was corrupt(sorry!!!)

dell inspiron 15 5502 stuck on manufacturing mode

hello friends i have 2 dell laptops 15 5502 with admin password . i unlocked the first one but for the second one i lost the original bios file so i used the file from the first one (after cleaning the me) the laptop start normally in manufacturing mode so i press fn key + f or x and enter the service TAG
and when i reboot everything is gone the laptop return to the manufacturing mode with an empty service tag field. i tested so many bioss and versions with no luck . if someone had same problem or a solution . thank you

Cleaned ME, No TPM issue. All OK. No Service Tag issue.

Hello! dell inspiron 5502 i have the same problem. the service tag cannot be saved. "8RT5BD3" someone copied the bios in front of me and I don't have the original.

this laptop i received with tampered bios , use the attached bios but tpm error is there, although this board is without tpm chip , can someone pls remove tpm error
