Hi , sorry i'm not short as the others, yesterday i updated the BIOS on Latitude 7480 since Dell said it was critical.
the laptop is now not being able to load at all - No Display
The ctrl+esc + AC does power for few seconds and then it shut down
i believe there is BIOS issue here - and wanted to know
1. if i can reflash it without soldering, for example with ch341 programmer clip ?
2. to get the correct bin file for flashing.
3. why everyone send Service tag - is that important? (my ST: 8DQ46H2)Last edited by shlomicthailand; 07-06-2024, 03:21 AM.

2.Post your bios file here and we will help you.
3.That's the forum's rules and it makes it easier for us to find the bios.

1. the charger indicator lights up to white when i connect to charger
2. when i connect the charger, the keyboard lights go up for 15 seconds or so then it shuts down with no display and i cant press the power button again.
3. when i press CTRL - ESC while putting the charger, the keyboard lights stay on for at least 15 seconds and then it restarts again and again.
is this a bios problem? i changed to a working RAM and a working charger already so i dont think thats the problem.
NOTE: i used EZP2010 for programming the bios
