This device has a firmware password, not a firmware pin code. I have tried to find "$SYS" on this firmware, and nothing shows up. Removing ram (or changing it whatsoever) causes the computer to beep at boot endlessly. I have changed the drive as well, and there is still a firmware password. I have ran out of ideas, please help me remove the firmware password.

Okay so I have found out the solution! The issue I had was that the ram sticks I first used were dead or incompatible with this Unibody/Polycarbonate MacBook, which is why those did not work. Second issue was that a single RAM stick (original stick) in the bottom RAM slot did not work. It wouldn't post. I had to put one RAM Stick on the top slot for it to boot. That let me reset the PRAM and Boot! I know the other RAM stick wasn't dead as the machine boots with both inserted. Really odd behavior.

3.2.1. 2011 and older
For 2011 and older machines, changing RAM configuration and performing 3x PRAM reset can clear the password. Password can also be extracted from BIOS dump.
