The password must be typed with US layout keyboard, try with the external USB keyboard with US layout. After entering the password confirm with Ctrl + Enter Enter.

I have just tried several times as indicated:
use the numbers below the F1, F2, ...
Capitalize letters with SHIFT
Hold left CTRL then press ENTER twice.

It still does not work.
What is strange is that as soon as I press ENTER, directly from the first press I have the error incorrect password.
It does not even take into account the 2nd press. That's why on the video I tried to press quickly.

I have no more idea
Is it possible that the generated password is not correct?

try USB keyboard on another laptop or PC, last thing crossing my mind is left Ctrl key is not working. Type password in Notepad. I never had problems with passwords generated for -BF97 suffix. Try using right Ctrl, just an idea.

We can see that from the first press on ENTER it does not wait for the 2nd one.
Maybe I'm typing it in the wrong place but I don't know

I tried with right CTRL but same thing

The bios is in version 2.24.0 I don't know if that has an impact?

I found the solution !

Even if the suffix of my DELL is BF97, it is necessary to use the suffix E7A8 on the site https://bios-pw.org/.

We get the following line:

I simply tried with: G022GX3kz7BJx2dy
then left CTRL and ENTER + ENTER

And it works!
