Ok guys the dumps works fine at first laptop gets on with delay of like 10 secs
BUT the problem is after shutting it off and I want to power on again the problem is back
Fan spinning and no display.. Tried cleaning ME Region same problem

Did you used my file from post #23? it's not a dump, it's a clean from Asus.
