Download the bios from HP support https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers...model/31596395
Extract the first 2 exe files using 7-zip or winrar. Decrypt the 08671.bin using hewprsa (you`ll find it if you search on yandex) .Using a hex editor copy the DMI from your old bios to the new one. DMI region 380000 - 381FFF
