I have an HP 1040 G3 that powers on but shows no display. The fan spins fast. I tried flashing the dump from this post, which was shared by SMDFlea, but I got the same result. I will upload both files that I read from my laptop.

I am seeking assistance to repair the BIOS on an HP EliteBook with the motherboard model DA0Y0FMBAJ1 Rev:J. The laptop has two BIOS chips, but both are not working correctly. The issue I’m experiencing is that the power light stays on white, and the laptop does not boot.

If anyone has a corrected BIOS file or any guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.
