the laptop doen't start only the charger led keep blinking orange+white i found that the main bios chip is damaged

good day everyone. I have a Hp zbook g15 g6. Can someone help me? I guess it has a corrupted bios because it only blinks capslock and numlock 7 times no display. I already change ram. The previous tech didnt back up the original bios before he remove the bios password.
