Hi everyone,

received a used Miix 520, BIOS PW protected after Startup by pressing F2, so I can´t activate VT-D BUT I CAN BOOT INTO WINDOWS with no probs.

Made a Backup of my BIOS using "Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit" but it wasn´t recognized by it at once. Then made a generic Backup with a Size of 8MB (.bin file), so I really don´t know if it is the real thing. Should it be 16MB? .zip is now about 4MB - far as I can see: others are about 8MB...

But here it is for a request to reveal the BIOS Password.
Would be glad if someone could make it (I´m about 4 hours now on my way to search for solution :-/ )

Thank you for your help.

Could I also check, would I be able to get my existing computer's bios Bin file just by using Innoextract and HexD, as this saves me the hassle of desoldering and reading from programmer.
