    Looking for bios Aspire 5750G

    Hello,
I have laptop Aspire 5750G with motherboard LA-6901P. Laptop has got I5-2410M and Nvidia GT540M. I found bios dumps on forum and in the Internet, but my laptop turns off after 30minutes on this dumps (on original no screen).
Has anyone got BIOS working with this GPU and CPU (sandy bridge)?

Your backup is corrupt, what programmer are you using.

The full bios is available from acer support https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/conten...oduct/3475?b=1 ,choose 1.21 ,extract and look in DOS folder .

Yes just program the P5WE0121.bin virgin bios. A virgin bios always has clean ME FW . If it still shuts down after 30 mins the problem is 100% not with the bios

Acer Aspire 5920G - Requesting Modded BIOS (9600M GT) from .WPH for CH341A Flasher
              by EbrahimSiami
              Hello everyone,
I need help with my Acer Aspire 5920G laptop. Its original GeForce 8600M GT graphics card failed, so I replaced it with an Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT MXM card.

**Problem:** The laptop powers on, but there is no display (black screen) on either the internal LCD or external monitor. This indicates a BIOS compatibility issue with the new graphics card.

**What I have tried so far:**
              1. I have my **original stock BIOS dump (1MB .BIN file)** from my laptop, which works and allows the laptop to power on normally (but no display with 9600M...

              🛠️ MSI GP75 Leopard MS-17E71 – No Display, Deep BIOS/EC Troubleshooting
              by macabook
              Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a dead MSI GP75 Leopard (MS-17E71) motherboard (i7 CPU, NVIDIA GPU) with a no display/no backlight issue initially. After extensive investigation, I’m at a critical stage involving EC firmware, BIOS/ME region interaction, and possible deep corruption. I'm seeking advanced insight from anyone with experience in EC/BIOS sync issues or PCH-level behavior. Here’s a full breakdown:
              🧩 Initial Issue
              • Board powers on (fans spin, keyboard lights up and can be adjusted, caps lock led lights), but no display or backlight
              • External display (HDMI) shows
              ...

Acer Aspire A717-71G - problem BIOS with keyboard
              by zarabota
              Hello,

I am experiencing the following issue with my laptop. I have an Acer Aspire A717-71G with a motherboard model C5MMH/C7MMH LA-E911P Rev. 1A. Unfortunately, the original board stopped working, so I purchased a replacement. The new board is the same model but a different revision (Rev. 1B). From what I understand, this should not cause compatibility problems.

However, the replacement board came with a BIOS version intended for the Acer Nitro 5 AN515-51, which causes the keyboard to function incorrectly. I attempted to reflash the BIOS chip using a CH341A programmer...

[Problem/ Request] Bricked TongFang GK7MRFR BIOS
              by cr4zychriss
              Hello everyone,
I am requesting urgent assistance to unbrick my laptop, a rebranded TongFang GK7MRFR chassis. The laptop is completely dead following a faulty in-OS EC flash attempt.
I have successfully used a CH341A programmer and can read/write/verify both flash chips, but using my backups/extractions has failed to restore power. The root cause is likely a corrupted Intel Management Engine (ME) region or an incompatible EC/BIOS pairing. System & Hardware Details

ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo UX8402ZA BIOS
              by pirati
              Hello everyone,

I recently bought a non-working Asus Zenbook Pro Duo OLED UX8402ZA that was listed for parts only. The seller mentioned that it had no display output but that the charging lights worked.

When the laptop arrived (without a charger and SSD), I connected a charger and confirmed with a multimeter that it was charging the battery. However, when I tried to power it on, only the backlight of the secondary display came on. There was no image, and it didn’t boot into the BIOS.

I decided to try flashing a new BIOS, but since I didn’t want to desolder...
