Upgrade Cpu from celeron core duo T3500 to intel x9000

    Hello everyone
I have a problem with a laptop (travelmate 5335) with pew52 motherboard and gl40 intel chipset, the original processor is a celeron core duo t3500, reading discussions about cpu upgrade i read someone upgraded to intel x9000 successfully, having both the fsb at 800mhz, then i decided to buy it and unfortunately it does not start up, now i wonder if it is possible that it is a bios problem (my current is 114) and i have 4gb ddr2 at 800mhz, could you help me to solve this problem. Thank you

Looks like it's and incompatable processor issue.

i had looked, but if you see the discussions, someone says they managed to get it working smoothly with gl40, now i have tried on a notebook that has a pm45 chipset and it doesn't even start them, the thing is very strange because this chipset supports more powerful processors of x9000 but this is not in the list https://ark.intel.com/content/www/it...oller-hub.html i'm trying to investigate why I would not want the processor to be faulty. I kindly ask you to help me thanks. P.s. I also saw that for the travelmate there is a motherboard called Pew72 which is practically the same in shape but mounts an intel gm45 chipset, also in this case I looked on the intel site but not compatible with x9000 but on the other hand there are more powerful processors https://ark.intel.com/content/www/it...oller-hub.html
