Laptop work, but turns on about 23 seconds (the same model with other mobo starts in about 10 seconds) I think is too long. Maybe you have other dump from mobo with revision 0.4?Comment

I got image with last bios but when I boot from usb to install win10 have error (bad pool caller,system thread exception not hanled...) in ahci raid or uefi mode.
Then a try to put ssd with instaled win 10 again error Inaccessible Boot Device
I think I still have some problem with bios because usb flash and ssd are ok.Comment

Dell latitude 5580, motherboard cdp 80 la-e151p
3 amber 3 white blinks. Dell website sais it's problem "bios recovery" and suggested solution "recovery image not found"
(from here https://www.dell.com/support/manuals...e7a&lang=en-us)
I try plugging charger while pressing ctrl+esc, machine turns on, nothing and after 20 seconds it gives 3 amber 3 white blinks again.
