Dell inspiron 5545 BIOS password

Please help me with a dell inspiron 5545 that is locked with a power-on password. Service tag is F0L5K22 and the motherboard is LA-B651P.
Question: How do I determine the suffix after the tag number, like 8FC8.

Thank you gayyum786, it does work! The hard drive still asks for password but we don't care, already know its not recoverable, it is better to change it to a solid state one.

Try this on the hard drive to unlock it:
HDD password = daisyk98
