The archive is only 239.7 KB in size, so it's not a good read, do it again and this time be more careful, use verification. Take two or three dumps and compare them, they should be absolutely the same.

hello dear friends, i accidently remove my ec bios of 840 g5 , i rewrite it with other laptop's ec bios , display is ok but on startup the error came "There is a problem with the security device on the unit. it is appropriate to contact HP inc to have the unit serviced " any brother who have any idea how to remove this so plz help me, thanx.

Try this ... Enter BIOS and restore security settings to default values and restart the laptop

i unlocked a HP EliteBook 850 G5 by a sevice. All is working, but it is asking me for Feature Byte and Build ID on every boot. I can edit that in Bios but i dont have that information and the service guy don't replys to my messages.

Can i copy Feature Byte and Build ID from other 850 G5?

Upload a screenshot from the system info page, clear photo of the device label(s), and factory bios dump.
