Can you help solve the problems?
There is no tpm and ptt
When I restart it, it does not boot again, just a black screen with no data
I press and hold the power button until it turns off and then restart it to make it work again

Hello, I also had a Dell 5580 with alert! tpm device is not detected
Editing BIOS doesn't help.
What helped me was swapping the TPM UZ12 chip from a donor board and then everything was quiet.
Good luck.
