Hey, i was wondering how yall desoldered the BIOS Chip, i unfortunately changed a setting regarding CPU TurboBoost and EIST, and now i only get whitenoise out of the speakers. I tried using a soldering iron + solder wick + flux, but no dice. Ive also noticed that there are test pads underneath/above the chip, which connect to the bios chip, but trying to read via flashrom + raspberry pico, and a voltage divider or diodes, i had no luck, in-circuit seems not possible. What programmer did you use? Where can i order it, plus the 1.8V adapter? Thanks in advance.Comment

I have managed to flash this chip in-circuit, and i can also read it in circuit. Ive grabbed 3 backups of my damaged/bricked bios, and have flashed the bios file that was told that works. And i can confirm that it does work. HOWEVER, the screen is flipped for me, but not the touch. Would someone be willing to erase my bios of any settings i have made? Im assuming i need to clear nvram, but my attempts have been unsuccessful.Comment

Hello. I have a SurfTab Twin 11.6 and accidentally flashed the wrong BIOS. I have tried a BIOS that I found on this site but it only shows 2GB of RAM.
The original BIOS showed the full 4GB. Please post any BIOS that you think may work for me. Thank You!
Tablet info: i30L64GB16477420283 (purchased as an "iwork1x").
Some sites have a BIOS "st11432-2b," "N1W6" or similar names but I have not been able to download them.
BIOS that is installed now is TP15-VT5.3.3.2 (showing 2GB RAM).

Hello Newbie here..., few years ago i bought a broken twin frozr gtx 750, seller said that theres heavy stutter issues in every game tested. i inspect it a little and find two tiny capacitor torn out near the pcie x16 gold pins, i assume it will be running in 8x ? the furmark-like gpuz test showed that there's indeed a heavy stutter and low fps but i tried this with EXP GDC and a laptop.

Hi, recently acquired a second-hand MSI Geforce RTX 3060 Ti Twin Fan 8G LHR graphics card. After spending two days trying everything and going crazy because my PC didn't detect it, and the fans weren't spinning, I couldn't figure out where the problem was. Yesterday, I found that some capacitors were missing, and some were broken. I imagine it might have been due to a fall or something like that. I'm trying to find a diagram of my card to see what type of capacitors it uses and their voltage to attempt a repair if possible. I'm new to this, but I have done some simpler soldering repairs on video...
