Can someone please clean ME region of this bios attached. thx

The problem with this laptop was dead pch. I replaced it but had two problems ..first, on startup the screen would turn on after 10 seconds and when try to shutt it down it would hang on shutting down but would not shutt it down( restart was ok). Now i used that bios with cleaned ME and copied my bios data with hex editor ....and now laptop is shutting down without problems but when powering on laptop i still have to wait like 8 seconds to get the picture.

Asus ROG GL504GM turn on intermittenly and now cant turn on at all
all voltages are present and no short detected
is there any way to know if the BIOS is corrupted?
