need help extracting bios file - inspiron 3593

Hello,
can somebody extract from the original dell bios the 8MB file for the inspiron 3593 [LA-J081P motherboard]?
I have attached the original file from dell [exe], the extracted 16MB file that was easy to get from the exe [in case anyone would need it] and the my old 8MB file.
The issue is that I need both files to get the job done and other bios found here are from the inspiron 3501 model that has TPM and I get errors with them.

Great, so post the service tag, full laptop model number and a description of the problem

With the service tag we can find the bios update at dell support and also look at the laptop configuration
A description of the problem can determine what sort of fix to apply to the bios
