Thinkpad 13 - no video

Hello, Thinkpad 13 (gen1) 20GJ machine can be switched on and off, but there is no video and no beeps. (it only beeps when ram is removed.) I think somebody flashed wrong bios file (from gen2 etc.)
I flash another gen1 dump, but still no video. Seems like ME region or EC problem. I have ME cleaner, but can't clean even my dump. (bad repository?)
Can somebody ME clean this dumps?

Thanks, but still no video. Maybe there was flashed wrong bios and then clean ME didn't help.
Second zipped file was ME clean? Maybe I need another bios dump from Thinkpad13 gen1 (20GJ)

very well I was able to solve the problem of no video "20GJ_outimage.bin" is correct bin.. Thank you.
