Only flash this file. In the first boot , you have to go into bios setting for disable all the security options , avoid activate " Computrace " and " Absolute " features.

I understand that, but all BIOS files that anyone from here post is 32MB so thats confusing me?

There is another chipset on back of the board marked UC5 64Mb, that one has to be modified.

thanks to everyone who has been a great help with my limited skill of flashing bios chips.
I have purchased a dell 7400 from auction with the dreaded *******-8FC8 prefix. It not only has a bios password but it has been locked with Absolute. I have experience with a 1341a mini and a clip as i dont have very good soldering skills. before I spend my time disassembling the latop, will a chip clip fit on this chip? can the absolute also be removed?
