    Alienware 15 R2 - AAP20 LA-B753P Rev 1.0

    Hi,

    I have an Alienware 15 R2 with a dead BIOS update.Require a bios dump to enable a reflash please

      Thanks for the response. I have flashed this .bin to the UE4 chip and it verified successfully but still laptop does nothing other than power button lights up for a short while then goes off again.

      I have noticed that the other chip @ UE2 which is a WD25Q80 which I think is the EC behaves strange when i connect it to the 341 usb programmer. The run light on the programmer flashes red as soon as I attach the clip and flashrom fails saying no eeprom/flash found. Does it seem this chip might be the issue?

          Are you doing in-circuit programming? I wouldn't recommend that at all.
