HP Chromebook 11 G5 developer mode

I have a bunch of leftover chromebooks but right now they are unusable because they are in managed mode.

Tried to access developer mode but no luck. It says that admin has disabled developer mode. Removing the write-protect screw and removing all power for a while doesn't clear this restriction.

Has anybody enabled developer mode on this machine?

Here is the bios dump. I am unable to disable admin restriction and changing SN doesn't affect enterprise enrollment aswell.

can you not format it and install a fresh system ?

I think that you should have disabled TPM as much as I am informed after changing the serial, because after changing the serial it should not be enrolled anymore

i have disabled the dev mode and enrollment

program bios.

first start esc refresh .

ctrl -d

and space

I already solved it a few months ago. Just modified two bytes for it.

i attached backup bios
