just google "toshiba challenge-response password" or "toshiba QR password code" youll find some paid services.There`s some legit sites,which are usualy the biggest laptop repair sites around the world and some that look a bit shady.There might be some sellers on ebay where at least you`ll have buyer protection.

i don`t make the rules here the admin does,and bios password selling and the advertising of paid services isn`t allowed.
