Response code =

Add: The second time I tried to get the challenge code, the response was a very long label with several lines... could that mean a new response code?

Good afternoon, and thank you very much for accepting me into the group. It's a great resource. I'd like to know if anyone in this community can help me with a Toshiba Z30 c-18x that I bought secondhand and has a password. It's not illegal, I have an invoice, but I think I've been scammed.
