ah yes sorry 5530 heres my backup and service number is HL56HR2

update: realized there are 2 windbond chips on this machine i uploaded the second dump as well.

Both files aren`t proper backups,or both seriously corrupt. Are you using a sop8 clip ,and a ch341a ?

no im desoldering the chip and soldering it directly to the clip adapter which has solder pads for chips. using a TL866II Plus havent had problems at all. unless those chips arent bios related..

ah ok so i found another chip which is most likely the bios its a Gigadevice chip. ill dump and upload

1) please send board pic with part number mentioned
2) cpu details with sr number
3) laptop model details with service tag
4) send all these mentioned above and i will try to make fresh bios for you!!!

I think you may very well be out of luck. I have a similar code, and I think it's virtually impossible to unlock be bios for a computer ending in E7A8. I'd love for someone to prove me wrong.

Laptop is still under warranty, you may try to register it under your name at www.dell.com, wait a few days and then contact Dell support through chat to obtain the master password, you may have to do a "blind ownership transfer" if you don't know the name of original owner. This have worked for me with a couple of Dell XFR laptops that were sold in the United States, laptops that I had purchased through eBay and were still under warranty; unfortunately the laptop you have was sold in Vietnam and Dell master password policies may be different... but it's worth a try.
