can anyone help me remove this?

Your Service Tag is FTCYNQ2, input the ST at first boot, disable Computrace, then save and restart. Alt+F to exit MPM at second boot.

PLEASE WHEN POSTED BIOS DUMP ALSO TYPE WHAT BIOS DUMP YOU DUMPING AS LIKE BELOW:

MOBO VERSION YOU CAN SEE UNDER DIMM RAM (A) EXAMPLE MY IS: DAZ40 LA-F321P rev:2.0 (A01)
CPU ID: I5-8XXX OR I7-8XXX ( EXAMPLE MY IS I7-8650U )

WHY I ASK? BECAUSE FOR DELL LATITUDE 7490 HAS DIFFERENT BIOS WITH DIFFERENT MODELS CPU AND MOBO.

Try again with Password Generator.

Use an External US Keyboard (QWERTY), use SHIFT Key for Uppercase letters, Hold left CTRL Key then Press ENTER Key twice.
