Edit: Again, we've replied almost at the same time with Hardware1, I leave the dump I prepared, it is better to try it first, because it is with your factory ME firmware, and for me it is better to stay with it, but if as I said the problem persist, try the Hardware1's one - it has clean ME firmware.
Thanks for your prompt help. Unfortunately, got no display though all voltages are ok. CPU voltages appear for seconds and then laptop is off.

You are out of luck, usually the bios region gets corrupted, with the ME firmware it happens much less often, it would be good to stay with the factory one, but what can we do. So we go to option two as a way out. Go ahead.

First, thanks for your submission. Tried dump, but unfortunately no display.

Is there any way to fix the attached working dump with no wifi detection ?

Try this one and see, it has the same version as the working file with WIFI issue.

Unfortunately, this version gave no ram voltage, so no display.

Try the dump I've posted for another member- it's unlocked, ME cleaned and confirmed working.

Hello - I have Dell e7470 that turns on with no display and shuts off after 30 seconds. I have tried numerous bios in this thread with different results but no display. I wonder if some could take a look at this bios? Service tag is 2PPDVD2. Thanks in advance.

Your backup is messy, and we can't repair it. I think you are using a clip to read the BIOS chip.

Thank you for the quick response. I was using a clip with battery and power disconnected. I will try again after removing the chip.
