I bought a DELL Latitude E7470 AAZ60 LA-C461P Rev. 1.0 laptop motherboard, it had a short on the main power, I solved the short but now it starts, all the voltages are ok but it doesn't give a picture and it turns off, I don't have the case so I don't know the Service Tag, please help me with checking the bios and possibly a clean ME Region. If possible always try to keep the service tag.

I tried again and it's the same thing: no battery charge indicator when the charger is plugged in, the LED on the start button doesn't light up when you press it. No reaction from the laptop.
