Re: LENOVO BIOS AUTO-PATCHER for Supervisor Password Removal
Hi, i have a Lenovo B5400 with locked bios (supervisor password) and seems that Auto-Patcher doesn't work with it.
I tried to flash patched bios, and it boots up because i receive the screen "press any key, press two times space bar, etc.. and the final screen "turn off machine", but when i reflash stock dumped bios, the lock is always here.
Any ideas??
Here my Serial Number: QB08704354
In attachment dumped and patched bios files.

ah ok, now i find it also in my files! so now i clear this 4 lines and will try to dump and check if it works.
can you give me the name of the tool that i can see on the left side of your first screenshot? thanks
do you have access when SVP error or power off direct?
try another maybe
edit:
otherwise we can try a jump here, if no one has any other solution.
After bypass you will have to enter a new password or otherwise blank with entry.
the checksum will thus be corrected, you can leave bypass or remove with a new read and restore the modification

I hadn't seen that they talked about EC for this model. We are in the right place given the SVP error, must have a mirror map in the KBC maybe.
a moderator can move the thread perhaps ??
