thank you very much for you response but unfortunately that file didnt work , i tried another file with different service tag from this post and it started the laptop and it worked for a little while but it the wrong tag and serial number

unfortunately it didnt work either , i tried another dump with different tag and sn and it worked but still the wrong tag and sn of course

Hello, can anyone please check my dump?

Laptop turns on keyboard backlight for 1-2secs and then powers off.
It is version with Radeon.
